Our mission at The City Teen Center is to help students recognize the unlimited possibilities that lie before them, believe in their ability to do great things, succeed in the important relationships of their lives, and make a difference in their world. We serve the Salina community through the Xcel Afterschool Program, an early education reading program, and partnerships with local schools and organizations.
