The mission of Salina Grace is to share God’s love as we meet people in the middle of their brokenness and help them along a path to healing.

Profile

Since its founding in 2017, Salina Grace has grown and expanded its services to meet the needs of the Saline County continuum of care. Today, the organization impacts the lives of more than 800 unduplicated individuals each year through the community resource center and low-barrier winter emergency shelter. Salina Grace is the only organization of its kind in North Central Kansas.

Salina Grace serves vulnerable men, women, and children that are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

Our goal is to remove barriers and make help accessible by providing immediate resources such as:

- A daytime shelter (a safe place to get out of the weather and off the streets)

- Showers / Laundry / Clean Clothes

- Hot Meals (in partnership with three local churches)

- Computer and Wifi access

- Assistance filling out applications

- A case manager ready to work with each person according to their needs

The Salina Grace Community Resource Center, located at 315 S. Broadway Blvd in Salina, acts as a Multi-Agency Center (MAC) providing a one-stop shop for connections to the variety of agencies and services that are available both on the local and state level.  The goal is to wrap the services around the individual, rather than having the individual try to coordinate care with various agencies on their own.
