Women Helping Women Fund

Goal: $15,000.00

Specific Need

Women Helping Women has an endowed fund in the Greater Salina Community Foundation. Gifts to the fund are permanent, and income is used to make the annual grants. The larger the fund, the more grants we will be able to make.

Along our journey, donors and Fairy Godmothers may also choose to make donations to the Women Helping Women Grant Pass Thru Fund.  This fund makes money immediately available for our 6 grant cycles.

Mission

Women Helping Women is a way for women to support other women and their families who are struggling and may be in crisis. Through an application process, women who need emergency assistance for goods or services available in our community can receive help from the fund. Examples might be car repair, dental care, air conditioning or plumbing repair, short term assistance with child care or a host of other possible needs.
