Specific Need

Young Life is actively building meaningful relationships with students at South High and South Middle School — especially those who feel disconnected, discouraged, or overlooked. Your Match Madness gift helps fund weekly clubs, mentorship, and opportunities like summer camp, where students experience belonging, hope, and the love of Jesus.

This year, we hope to take 40+ students to camp — weeks that often become pivotal moments of growth and transformation. Your gift will allow students like Tate, Ella, Logan, Nathan, Leah, Tyson, and Kaylee have the best (and most life changing) week of their lives!

Mission

Our mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith.
We show up consistently — in schools, at clubs, on trips, and yes, at camp — building trusting relationships so students know they matter. We believe every kid deserves a place where they’re known, valued, and invited into something greater.

Profile

Salina Area Young Life serves middle and high school students by building safe, consistent places to belong and explore faith.
This school year we’ve welcomed three new leaders and continue to see new students join us each week — not just for fun and connection, but to explore the Good News of Jesus Christ. We currently know by name almost 500 middle and high school students in Salina.
